  • Annual enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Disclosures clearance.
  • All staff complete a registration form, skills test and assessment forms.
  • Face to face interview to assess skills, experience and personality.
  • Evidence of identity, qualifications and training seen and fully verified.
  • Written references obtained from current and past employers.
  • Full induction explaining company policies, procedures and expectations.
