Nurseplus are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager for our Cheltenham Branch; the branch is an established business that has a firm stake in the healthcare marketplace with an established team and client and candidate base. Based in a central location and with a reputation for providing quality staff to establishment business, this is a great opportunity for an experienced manager to grow and develop within their geographical locations.

As 360 recruiters the core responsibilities will be prospecting and closing sales, recruiting, training and managing staff. The successful applicant will have a proven track record in 360 recruitment, preferably in the Healthcare sector.

What we are looking for in a successful candidate:

  • Previous 360 Recruitment Management or Senior Experience of running your own desk
  • Knowledge of the care sector
  • Financial awareness around profit and loss
  • Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving attributes
  • Solutions focused, with the ability to make decisions
  • IT literate with the ability to analyse data and produce meaningful reports
  • Previous experience of working within a targeted sales environment
  • Track record in successful sales and client management
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines and within contractual targets
  • Proven experience in successfully leading and developing a team
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
  • Full UK driving license
