It’s our Recruitment Consultants who are responsible for selecting and placing the right healthcare professionals in the right establishments and settings. You would be the face of our business to both our care professionals and the businesses and organisations we work for.

Branch management jobs - our branches operate out of major towns and cities all over the country. Your role will be to support your team of Recruitment Consultants as well as the day-to-day operations within your branch. Many of our Branch Mangers started out as Recruitment Consultants, Support Workers and Carers.

One of the first steps into our branches from front-line care work is becoming a Recruitment Consultant or Care Co-ordinator. These roles offer the opportunity to be involved in a variety of different areas including training, sales, business development and recruitment. As a Recruitment Consultant or Care Co-ordinator, you will support with interviewing and placing candidates, drawing on your experience as a carer to identify the key qualities needed for a successful career in care.

Based in our Head Office in Kent, our dedicated support functions keep Nurseplus operating day-to-day. From Finance to Marketing, Payroll or Business Support, these vital functions play a core role in ensuring we deliver consistent experiences to both our clients and our workers.

Our Senior Management Team is made up of our department heads and operational directors and we are proud that many of our senior team started their careers as carers or branch managers. They are responsible for developing and implementing strategy and ensuring the legality, liability, taxation, compliance of all functions within Nurseplus. These pivotal roles manage their respective teams and branches through regular reporting and staff monitoring.

Our Branch Managers are responsible for the day-to-day running of the branch, building relationships with clients, interviewing candidates and consistently achieving sales targets to maximise branch revenue. This key role involves engaging with the branch team and network of workers, keeping them motivated to provide the best possible service to our clients.
