Nurseplus Mental Health Services are looking to recruit a number of experienced, professional and confident RMN/RNLDs for one of our clients, a leading Mental Health care provider, based in the Warrington area.
This exciting opportunity is open to RMN/RNLDs with different levels of experience. Salary is dependant up on experience and will fall between £31,084 - £36,6719 respectivley. Shift pattern is set at 3 shifts week 1, 4 shifts week 2 on a rolling basis.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Working alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide high quality care to service users
- Working in line with most current practices and NMC guidelines
- Optimise patient engagement
- Act as key worker for a number of patients
- Plan and review care plans
- Contribute to pre-admission assessment of referrals
- Maintain health, safety and security with a medium secure setting
Ideal candidates will have great communication skills, understanding and appreciation of Mental Health problems, the ability to work as part of a team as well as having basic numeracy and literacy skills.
