The Role

Voyage Care is seeking compassionate and confident Support Workers/Senior Support Workers for roles in the Southampton area.

This role will allow you to do amazing work by providing support to people, promoting independence and enabling them to lead a fulfilling life. You will be playing a crucial role in helping residents with everyday tasks including personal care, cooking and cleaning.

Enabling clients to enjoy their interests and hobbies, you will also be out and about in the community; cycling, horse riding, theatre trips, cinema and visits to local pubs and restaurants, no two days are the same!

Due to the needs of the clients experience within a care setting, notably with challenging behaviours, is preferred for this role; however training can be provided for the right applicant.

Various shifts are available including day, night and weekends. Driving is not essential; however you will need to arrange your own transport to the location.

Pay rates are from £9.20ph to £11.05ph depending on role and shift type.
