What are the main responsibilities of a 1-1 Care Assistant?

As a Care Assistant, you will be providing 1-1 care in this person own home, assisting with their general health and personal care needs. As you will be in the client’s home, you will follow their house rules and be mindful of their need for privacy.

Shifts times: 9am-2pm Monday to Friday

• You must have the right to work within the UK

• You must have a good standard of English and be able to communicate effectively

• A warm, compassionate and personable nature with the ability to work with patience, tact and understanding.

• Great attention to detail and the ability to work steadily under pressure.
