What are the main responsibilities of a Complex Carer?

As a Complex Carer you will be providing care in peoples own homes assisting our clients with their general health and personal care needs. You will work as part of a time of likeminded caring and compassionate individuals such as yourself.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to work in care. You must have a caring attitude, be passionate about helping the vulnerable and must be respectful towards others.  

Minimum requirements to work with Nurseplus as a Complex Care Assistant:

  • You must have the right to work within the UK
  • You must have a good standard of English and be able to communicate effectively
  • A warm, compassionate and personable nature with the ability to work with patience, tact and understanding.
  • Great attention to detail and the ability to work steadily under pressure.
