As a 1-1 Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in providing high-quality care, encouragement, and companionship. You’ll support daily routines, promote independence, and engage her in the activities she enjoys — helping her to live life to the fullest.
Due to the personal care requirements, this position is open to female carers only.
About the Role
- Provide hands-on support and personal care while promoting independence.
- Deliver compassionate, person-centred care to an individual with complex needs.
- Support with daily routines, activities, and general wellbeing.
- Shift Pattern: Daytime support, as well as night shifts.
- Comfortable sleep-in arrangements are provided. You’ll be available for support if needed during the night.

What We’re Looking For
- Female aged 18 or over with the right to work in the UK
- Minimum 6 months of recent UK-based care experience
- Flexible, reliable, and able to travel to different care settings if required
- A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
- Good communication skills and a professional approach
- A clear enhanced DBS (can be applied for upon registration)
