Field Care Supervisor

Salary - £18,000 per annum

Nurseplus have an exciting opportunity for a Field Care Supervisor to join our Folkestone branch. We are looking for someone who has experience within a similar care role to join us. Previous experience with care plans and initial assessments is essential for this role. This role will predominately be field-based supporting our clients and building relationships with external professionals.

The main duties of a Field Care Supervisor

• Care Plan reviews
• Initial assessments
• Multi-Disciplinary meetings
• Building relationships and liaising with external professionals and families
• Supervision of carers in the field

What we are looking for in the successful candidate

• ­Full UK driving licence (Essential)
• Previous experience within a similar supervisory role
• Excellent organisational skills
• Confident in lone working
• Previous experience working within the healthcare industry (Essential)
