What You’ll Be Doing


Your responsibilities may include:

1. Childcare & Development

  • Help children with daily routines (e.g. feeding, dressing)

  • Support children’s learning through play, storytelling, and activities

  • Encourage social skills and positive behaviour

  • Monitor children’s physical and emotional development

2. Health & Safety

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and secure environment

  • Follow safeguarding and child protection procedures

  • Supervise children indoors and outdoors at all time

3. Daily Routine Support

  • Help prepare meals and snacks

  • Feed and help with weaning if working with babies

  • Change nappies and assist with potty training

  • Put children down for naps or rest time

4. Teamwork & Communication

  • Work closely with nursery practitioners, room leaders, and managers

  • Communicate with parents about their child’s day and progress

  • Keep records or help update learning journals

 

Who We’re Looking For

  • A Full and Valid UK Drivers License
  • Aged 18 or over, with the right to work in the UK
  • Able to communicate clearly and confidently in English
  • Flexible and able to travel independently to different care locations
  • Willing to apply for an enhanced DBS (we’ll help with the process)
  • Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering person-centred care
