What we’re looking for:
✅ Previous recruitment experience (agency experience preferred but not essential).
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✅ Target-driven, motivated, and resilient with a positive attitude.
✅ Interest in healthcare recruitment is a plus.
