Nurseplus are looking for experienced Community Registered Nurses to provide care to Clients in their own homes in the Andover area.

These packages include a range of complex care needs therefore candidates should have Clinical skills in a variety of competencies. We will ask for you about the skills you possess so that we can accurately match our clients to your skills.

We have range of shifts available including waking nights and long days. We also have shifts in a variety of establishments such as Nursing homes, supported living and testing shifts that you can also choose to take.

Registered Nurse (RGN) responsibilities:

-          Delivering care plans for patients

-          Monitoring vital signs

-          Carrying out assessments and blood tests

-          Liaising with other team members including doctors and senior nurses

-          Observing patients condition and recording information

-          Administering medications

-          Communicating with patients and their families

What Nurseplus requires from a Registered Nurse?

-          Current and unrestricted NMC Registration

-          6 months UK based paid experience
