Voyage Care is seeking compassionate and confident Support Workers for roles in the Southampton area.

This role will allow you to do amazing work by providing support to people, promoting independence and enabling them to lead a fulfilling life. You will be playing a crucial role in helping residents with everyday tasks including personal care, cooking and cleaning. Enabling clients to enjoy their interests and hobbies, you will also be out and about in the community; cycling, horse riding, theatre trips, cinema and visits to local pubs and restaurants, no two days are the same!

Previous experience is not essential as you’ll receive training tailored to the needs of the people you support, with guidance from another Support Worker. Experience with Challenging behaviour would be beneficial for some roles. Various shifts are available, with rates and benefits that help support key care workers.
