Join Nurseplus as a Support Worker – Make a Difference Every Day

We are looking for experienced Support Workers to support Young People aged between 18 to 25 years in their first accomodation since leaving the care system.  Having turned of age where they are no longer young enough to remain in residential care, these young people still require help to adjust to adult life.  Duties include help will household chores, attending appointments, emotional support, job seeking, shopping and generally engaging in meaningful activities.

Shift times are 24-hours long; 8.00am to 11.00pm with an 11.00pm to 8.00am sleep in

Additional criteria

• You must be over 21 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
• Flexibility in your availability, with the ability to travel to different care settings.
• A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
• A clear enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.
• Hold a UK driving licence
