Nurseplus win Recruiter Award at LaingBuisson in London

Nurseplus, walked away with the ‘Recruiter’ award at the 2017 Laing Buisson Awards at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge.

The LaingBuisson Awards are the Oscars of health and social care. In their 12th year of recognising excellence, they are judged independently and objectively and focus on the people providing the care as well as their advisors.

The company was praised for its positive customer experience, efficient operations, investment in training and development of staff and innovation at the prestigious event.

Nurseplus staff joined public and private sector organisations for a champagne reception and dinner to celebrate the continued growth and success of the healthcare and homecare industry.

New starters to Nurseplus participate in a well-designed induction programme which mirrors nationally recognised skills and staff who want to move into senior positions are encouraged to achieve additional qualifications, preparing them for roles as consultants, branch managers and heads of departments.
