The Role

As the Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance, growing the client base, and supporting and developing your team. You’ll play a crucial role in driving business performance while maintaining the exceptional standards Nurseplus is known for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of consultants, recruiters, and care coordinators

  • Achieve and exceed branch targets for growth, profitability, and service delivery

  • Maintain compliance with company policies

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients and healthcare professionals

  • Recruit, onboard, and retain high-quality care staff

  • Monitor KPIs, budgets, and staffing levels to ensure optimum branch performance

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a similar management role within healthcare, social care, or recruitment

  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and care standards

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

  • Proven ability to drive business growth and meet targets

  • Passionate about delivering high-quality care services

  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
