The Role
As the Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance, growing the client base, and supporting and developing your team. You’ll play a crucial role in driving business performance while maintaining the exceptional standards Nurseplus is known for.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of consultants, recruiters, and care coordinators

Achieve and exceed branch targets for growth, profitability, and service delivery

Maintain compliance with company policies

Build and nurture relationships with clients and healthcare professionals

Recruit, onboard, and retain high-quality care staff

Monitor KPIs, budgets, and staffing levels to ensure optimum branch performance
✅ What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a similar management role within healthcare, social care, or recruitment

Strong understanding of CQC regulations and care standards

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Proven ability to drive business growth and meet targets

Passionate about delivering high-quality care services

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
