What You'll Be Doing

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting and safeguarding children and young people. Every day is different – from promoting independence and helping with personal care to assisting with educational goals and managing challenging behaviours.

You’ll be helping children feel safe, heard, and valued – and that’s powerful.


What We’re Looking For

  • You’re 18+ years old with the right to work in the UK.

  • You have at least 3 months’ experience in a UK healthcare or nursery setting.

  • A driving licence and access to a vehicle is a big plus.

  • Strong communication skills and a good standard of English.

  • A clear enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one upon registration).
