Annual ESG Report 2022
As we finished our financial year we also came to the end of our first annual ESG Action Plan. We've made some truly amazing progress with planned initiatives being implemented all over the business, and we've even exceeded our goals in some cases.
Being focused on care means we will always go above and beyond our roles to make sure that our focus extends beyond the obvious. We want to be sure to look after our workers, our staff, the people we deal with day-to-day, and of course our environment. In line with our core values, we want to deliver on promises that impact all the above in a positive way, continuing to be motivated and making a difference in people's lives.
We have managed to move up 6 points from last year's performance, still in Silver Medal status but an improvement on last year, which means we're moving in the right direction. Further investigation is underway to understand what the extra points mean, and how we can achieve more in the coming months.
