We’re now looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Salisbury branch, with a strong focus on business development and recruitment.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in growing and managing your own desk. This is a fast-paced, varied position combining sales, relationship management, and end-to-end recruitment within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively develop new business opportunities with healthcare clients in the local area

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from attraction and interviewing through to placement and compliance

Source, recruit, and onboard healthcare professionals to meet client requirements

Ensure high levels of service delivery to both clients and candidates

Work towards and exceed individual and branch targets

Maintain accurate records and compliance in line with healthcare regulations
About You

Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or business development (healthcare recruitment desirable but not essential)

Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
