Once we receive your application we will give you a call to go through your information with you.
3. Face-to-face Interview
If pre-screening is completed successfully, you will be invited into your local Nurseplus office for an interview with a member of the recruitment team. We will go through the role that you have applied for and work we have to offer, the benefits of working for Nurseplus, your skills and experience and your requirements for work are.
If you are happy and want to progress we will require all the information listed to the right. While we are waiting for your references and DBS to come back, we will put you forward for your induction training.
All Nurseplus staff attend free mandatory training which meets the requirements of the nationally recognised Care Certificate induction standards. Find out what is included in our induction training. If you have valid & sufficient training certificates already, please let a member of our recruitment team know.
Training is carried out at our local Nurseplus branch with an experienced trainer and dates are offered on a weekly basis. Training must be completed prior to working any shifts and must then be completed on an annual basis for you to remain compliant. All staff are issued Nurseplus handbooks which detail our policies and procedures.
Once you have completed training we can issue your Nurseplus badge!
