Nurseplus is registered with the CQC (Care Quality Commission), the independent regulator of health and social care in England.

Nurseplus maintain a high-quality service through a number of measures:

Nurseplus has an internal auditing team, they are responsible for ensuring the branches are compliant in all aspects of the business including DBS & right to work, staff training and CQC outcomes. All branches are audited 2 monthly.

The Area Management team and Operations directors are responsible for regular performance appraisals with branch managers.

Nurseplus will continue to monitor and check all staff in accordance with our appraisal, supervision and development policy.

Monitoring of workers will be carried out at least every three months and the information used as part of the annual appraisal.

Nurseplus receives regular feedback from clients through telephone calls, monitoring and annual client surveys.

Nurseplus has gone a step further in our compliance by gaining the CHAS (Contractors Health & Safety Assessments Scheme) accreditation, which certifies our sound management of current health and safety legislation.

We support our staff with their CPD including obtaining funding for recognised health and social care qualifications.
