About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Nurseplus, you’ll be at the heart of our business development and talent attraction efforts. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service go hand in hand.
You will be responsible for:

Developing new business through proactive sales activity, networking, and relationship building

Managing existing client accounts and ensuring a high standard of service delivery

Identifying recruitment opportunities and securing new contracts

Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality healthcare staff

Working towards branch targets, KPIs, and revenue goals

Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates

Representing Nurseplus professionally within the local healthcare community
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in recruitment, sales, or business development (healthcare experience is helpful but not essential)

Confident communicating at all levels, both over the phone and face-to-face
