Nurseplus Care at Home is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service in Andover. We welcome applications from existing Registered Managers, Deputy Managers, or strong Care Coordinators with a solid background in domiciliary care who are ready to take the next step in their career.

About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and delivering outstanding care to our clients in their own homes.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing and developing the domiciliary care service in line with CQC standards

Leading, motivating, and supporting care and office teams

Ensuring high-quality, safe, and person-centred care delivery

Overseeing recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management

Managing care packages, rotas, and continuity of care

Maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, commissioners, and professionals

Driving service growth and continuous improvement
About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about domiciliary care and ready to lead from the front.
You will have:

Experience in domiciliary care (Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or Senior Care Coordinator level)

Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards

Proven leadership and organisational skills

Confidence in managing compliance, audits, and quality assurance

A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)

The ability to balance quality care with commercial awareness
