About the Role

Nurseplus Care at Home is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead and develop our domiciliary care service across the Hampshire area. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining full compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements.

We also welcome applications from experienced Deputy Managers or strong Care Coordinators who are ready to take the next step into a Registered Manager position, with full support provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Registered Manager with the CQC, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of care and office staff to deliver outstanding domiciliary care

  • Ensure care packages are safely delivered, reviewed, and tailored to individual client needs

  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding, quality assurance, and risk management

  • Manage budgets, staffing levels, and operational performance effectively

  • Build positive relationships with clients, families, commissioners, and external professionals

  • Drive continuous improvement and support service growth within the local community

About You

  • Registered Manager experience, or

  • Deputy Manager experience within domiciliary care, or

  • Strong Care Coordinator experience with demonstrable leadership responsibility and readiness to step into a Registered Manager role

  • NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards)

  • Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance, and best practice

  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage care delivery, and maintain high-quality standards

  • Passionate about delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care

  • Confident communicator with a professional, values-led approach
